Are you for real. ARCCA was just an opinion, it doesn’t make it definitive. If it was it would be exculpatory evidence. Further, they didn’t review the tech stream data (black box as it were). That’s like saying no one should bother reviewing a black box from an airplane crash. The black box is relied upon the most via accident investigations. Furthermore, the opinion contradicts the tech stream data. Moreover, not all accidents can be explained scientifically that’s a fact. The opinion is open to reasonable doubt on the above basis alone. You speak as if it’s definitive it isn’t.

Also an attorney and watched the trial cold as if a juror…it took about 2 weeks to convince me of far more than reasonable doubt and by the end I became fully convinced of Karen Reads innocence.

"They" all know that KR is innocent, and know that it's the "McALBERTS" as I've seen them called, who are responsible for the death of Officer O'Keefe. They have NO intention of bringing a cop and his son to trial and having them rightfully convicted of murder, so they've set up Ms. Read to take the fall. TB has been warned about the deal with the cops in place now. He just refuses to pay heed to it.
@CameronL-l5kАй бұрын
I agree with you. I watched it "cold" as you say, I wasnt primed with any of the pretrial (Im also not an American or Free KR person). I was on the fence until a few weeks into the trial, but yeah having watched the whole thing I really dont believe that she did it and I was surprised at the hung jury result.
@user-nd1mb5wr4gАй бұрын
@@CameronL-l5k The first jury should have acquitted on all charges, but there are too many people behind the scenes on social media potentially tainting the pool of prospective jurors. This was amazing!! I listen to you all the time and love your channel. However this knocked what you normally do out of the park. This was engaging. It was great to see the excitement and the passion you both have. Rather than talking to us and trying to read comments to reply or guess what we are thinking....this kept it moving, was easy to follow and any questions I had were answered. Also appreciated you experiences and anecdotes. Thanks so much for doing this!!!❤❤❤

Thank you both. Really good to hear the legal case rather than the extra fodder around this case. I also came into this case blind having no background and the biology alone made me skeptical about guilt. There is no way someone gets hit at 24mph in reverse and obtained zero bruises below the neck and only scratch marks on the arms. So sad for the people of Massachusetts having to pay for this trial AGAIN.

the DA’s office with its troopers and DA’s is almost like shaking down innocent people almost like a criminal gang

They're not known as the 'thin' Blue Line Gang for nothing!! It's REAL and they've done more damage across the country than all other gangs combined!!

Mafioso - departments are either clean because of their leadership or they are completely corrupt because of their leadership Gang is a given - question is Good gang, or Bad gang.

Not almost like they literally are a gang of criminals. Covering up a murder and obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence

In this case, many of the jurors got it twisted. They wrongly believed they had to solve the mystery of what happened to Officer O’Keefe. Mark said it from day one…the summation ought to focus on every single discrepancy & oddity and turn them into reasonable doubt. Jackson needed at least a 2 hour closing argument. Absolutely awesome show Peter…my favourite to date!

I agree Bev did everything she could legally to restrict the defense imo.

It’s not the jury, it’s society as a whole, and they make up a jury. Just look what the did to Richard Allen. Horrifying.
@lindseystein96762 ай бұрын
Yeah too many jurors ignored juror instructions. They’re supposed to use info presented from the case and determine if the prosecution proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt. Based on juror interviews, a few of them made up their own theories to fit certain charges and then tried convincing others of their theories.

Don’t hold your breath: 1. The FBI investigated KR’s allegations and no indictments/charges have been issued/laid against any person/s, and no government official has announced any corruption of any LE Officer/s, as to the KR case. Charges still solely against KR for almost three years now (since JO passed). 2. As per the trial: (a). The ME gave evidence as to the autopsy findings detailing JO’s head injury, indicating a type of whiplash typically from a car accident (detailed thoroughly via the M. William Phelps podcast (34 Fairview Road - episode 5)). (b). No canine DNA was found. 3. Therefore, indicating JO was not beaten, nor was he also bitten and scratched by a dog. 4. Which says it all, in and of itself, to any reasonable minded person that is.

Really really enjoyed this conversation. Gave me a sense of the way the both of you approach a case, the kind of thing's you're taking into consideration, and much more. It was very interesting. It was like watching my 2 favorite baseball players talk shop. Really hope there is a second conversation in the future!!
