I habe a hard time developing the strength and balance to hold that triangle position at all.normally rely on some level of momentum just to do them.suggestions?

Well now we know why michael bisping and check congo couldnt wrestle 😅 The guys mma record was 6 wins with 9 losses and got taken down qith ease 😅!

For how long do we do each set? Is this a warm up?

I would add it to the finisher of workout, or just do it daily. If you can do 8 mins straight you can probably add another set if it's not that challenging to you, but don't think it's necessary.

I try frist this abs workout 2 months ago weekly 1 or 2 times really my abs like steel and belly fat gone this man a legend teacher Have small channel but give free tuition in KZbin I understand 8 minutes abs workout two times in a week and my local karate guy Don’t have steel abs he 2 years experience 😂😂 waste his money Thanks Teacher ❤❤

I was doing your exercises a couple of years ago and it really helped with functional core development. I’ve since stopped BJJ but revisited this routine today and it’s a great motivator to get back on the mats 💪 thank you!
