Let me correct you on High Max. The proper way to kill high max is make sure you charge a charge shot with X and then he will be briefly stunned then you hit him with a special weapon to deal damage. For Zero do the 3 sword combo then attack with one of the 8 special techniques to deal damage. You're welcome

Fun Fact:Tomoyuki Hayashi the director of this game would go on to be one of the staff for Metal Gear Rising Revengeance. Sadly that's all he's done.

Fun fact the only HM that’s needed for story progression is cut. Cutting the tree at the dreamyard is the only required hm for story progress. Everything else is side content

🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓Ummm well technically yes dispite Pokémon black and white 2 being really good games they are not the first sequels to the franchise. Technically gold and silver where the first Pokémon 2 because after gold and silver game freak thought the series would end there but due to massive popularity we got the other games and also technically the spin-offs have had way more sequels like stadium having stadium 2, coliseum having XD gales of darkness, the Pokémon ranger series, the mystery dungeon etc

*sigh*.... Yes you are correct and if you watched the video, you'll notice I did a reference to Johto. However, I am also correct in saying that these are *proper* sequels since this is structured within the same region and recurring characters were prevalent through the main campaign, not an add on for post-game. Johto I'd a new region with a new adventure and lore that *sort of* centers around a continuity but its more after thought than here.

@@Brianycus yes I know I did watch the video it was great especially since I’m gonna replay black and white 2 properly now that I have both versions and 2 DS so I can finally do everything cause back in the day I only had black 2 and one DS that was just something I always liked about both gold, silver, crystal, heartgold, soulsilver, and black and white 2 where meant to be sequels despite game freak not liking sequels that’s why ruby, sapphire and emerald are not sequels to gold, silver, and crystal they’re just the 3rd game in the series and also Technically fire red and leaf green despite being remakes of red and blue they’re technically prequels because of sevy island ark that sets up for team rocket going to johto and also technically legends arceus and legends ZA are prequel to diamond pearl and platinum and X and Y respectfully storytelling in Pokémon is soo weird sometimes the different regions are connected and other times there not but non the less still a great video

I actually thought this gen was interesting. I didn’t understand the hate back then and I just thought it was very underrated. And 2 years ago. When my cousin gave up his 3DS. I went hunting for all the pokemon games on DS and 3DS. And I surprisingly and unexpectedly got all 4 gen 5 games. And black 2 game with 2 event Pokemon 😁👍 But I’m about to start a new game file soon after I’m done transferring the pokemon and items over to black 2. I saw many of my collage friends play black and white and I was interested to get into it at that time. But i didn’t have a DS back then. But I’m rambling. You did a great job with your review here of black and white

I'm glad you enjoyed! Gen 5 is really an acquired taste it seems because many didn't vibe with it until BW2 released and now everyone is praising them to hell and back which is great! but I wished they did this back in the day haha.

@@Brianycus fair point. Oshawott was my choice in legends. And their not bad. But since the last person who had the game had a few end game pokemon, I might trade them over to the new save file for testing out. They had 2 Volcaronas so I’m looking forward to trying one out super early.

Sonic Battle is one of my fav games and I played it so much that I nailed every aspect of it. It's sad that they didn't remake it or make another game in the same genre but more modernized with much extra content because I believe this formula has a lot of potential.

The chances of X9 coming out are super slim and it would be a huge miracle if it gets released as it would be very odd for Capcom to release a sequel to one of their game after more than 20 years, I mean the time for Capcom to release X9 has already been over.

When I learned you get 5 Skill Points for winning without taking damage I abused the hell out of save states I also learned during the 10 KO battles, the CPUs block frequently so I 💫eloquently💫 took a page out of Sukuna's book and pump faked the living HELL out of these idiots

As a child, I somehow managed to beat this game not knowing how to modify Emerl's loadout. I beat This whole fucking game... as BASE, VANILLA EMERL. An Emerl that can't throw people away with his heavy attack or launch people with his upper attack. An Emerl, that doesn't place a bomb for his projectile attack. An Emerl who has the lowest movement speed in the game and no mobility tools. To this day, I cannot replicate this feat of perserverance.

I can't lie, I love this game to death so I will not tolerate any Sonic Battle slander but I totally get why you are criticizing this game It's story, though amazing, can be quite the slog - and it doesn't ever really get better on repeat playthroughs (unless you just really like playing this game like me) Aside from that, I still think that this game is special and has some of the *coolest* artwork in the entire franchise

If I played this game as a kid during the Adventure era, I would have said differently like I would have with my Pokemon reviews. However because this was my first time and I played better Sonic games, it just didn't hit as right as it should have.

The game is so FUN with certain characters but the camera is weird. The RNG is insane (for me) and the hitboxes are ridiculous at times. I really want this remade honestly or port it on GBA online.

I like Sonic Battle. I loved unlocking custom Emerl colors and having a unique moveset. Once you unlock Knuckles heal the game becomes easy enough.

Knuckles' heal for Emerl made him stupid easy for some fights but I guess because my luck isn't maxed out, the CPUs messed me up even with those skills equipped.

Pretty decent review about the game. Also, nice paying homage to somecallmejohnny in your script. I would say not to go overboard with it as many may think you’re copying him. Overall I liked this video. Keep at it! 🔥
