New video game

Having just replayed all three of the ps2 era MK games over the few years, i found deadly alliance and deception held up well enough to actually warrant completing the konquest modes and each characters arcade ladder, unlocking all the endings etc. im not even a big fan of fighting games in general but the plot, presentation and gameplay was compelling enough to motivate me. Armageddon on the other hand is kind of a mess that feels much less polished and well written, but still fun for its massive character roster and kart racer mode if nothing else edit: its a little late but deception is equally deserving of a 20th anniversary video, id argue thats the best game in the entire series overall also, is there any particular reason you are randomly hostile and insulting to the viewer, or some hypothetical person who might disagree with you? its pretty bizarre

sadly this is not how this current game playd out. instead we got kameos invasions etc.

Just a note: the brazilian pack are not all football themed, it is actually football (soccer) Johnny Cage; Liu Kang capoeira fighter, and Kung Lao Gaucho is a reference to a tradicional wear used in Brazil's south region, the population there having the nickname gaucho to distinguish them from other brazilian sub groups, like paulista for São Paulo residents or carioca for Rio de Janeiro, been all these groups different in maneirisms and accents, i dunno if works that way in the US or other regions 😅😅😅 I just want to complement the vídeo, not correct it, awesome critique as always snake, it will take a while for mk1 depending on how much it will recieve content tho 😅😅😅

mortal kombat was my first fighting game, and ive since actually fallen out of love with MK and actually started engaging with the FGC. it really feels like netherrealm either doesnt care for fighting games and their fans and really wants to make a different type of game entirely, or they just are so disconnected from the community at large they genuinely dont know how little people enjoy their games

One problem both fighting games and superhero comics (mainly DC and Marvel) have in common...nobody dies! So the weight of the story is less impactful and death doesn't mean anything.

This might be the worst version of Doomsday ever. Not a single W when he's famous for killing Superman. Honestly he should have been saved for the second or third game instead of being made a joke in this game.

The literal God of war has zero wins, now that's something else. Doomsday is canonically one of the strongest on this roster and he also never wins
