I nearly died last year and they charged me. my accuser refused to go to hospital and stated she was uninjured. I had a black eye they could see (it was actually 2 fractures in my orbit) I had scratches on my neck and her fingernail imbedded in it ( they refused to take photos) my left arm did not work, I had 2 split lips. they refused to take me to hospital, I told them I wanted to be interviewed (they asked me to blow in a breatho and it read .1) they then said I was to tanked to talk and left me at the station. they all refused to accept I was choked or even see logic, I was refused an interview the next day and still am 16 months and $100000 later I have still not got to have my say or produce evidence. fuck the police they are a danger to the community.
