These types of people only do it to try and get a reaction which hopes to give them viewers. It's almost like click bait but the subject is the bait which is the police. How would you like it if someone you don't know follows you around filming you while you try and do your job. How uneasy would you feel and someone is invading your privacy or space. Although this is in public it still applies to what I'm trying to get at.
