There is no issue with the velcro. It's as good as new. I have used it extensively

You need to get the mandatory service done from the service centre in order to avoid loss of warranty. But you can tinker things yourself . Avoid cutting of any standard electrical wires. This may result in loss of warranty as well

Currently there are 3 models in the maddog lineup with alpha being their brightest. Hjg is equally good as well . Few of my friends own it

Yeah bro, it's good. Just carry your electronic stuffs in proper cases and the rest is good. Like I carry my camera etc in their cushioned cases and laptop in its cushioned laptop sleeve. Precaution is important

Yeah bro, this is fine as new and I have no issues since the day I fitted it. But I think you can have the new gen himalayan windshield fitted to your bike for a cheaper price with the additional mounts .

Once you start riding at night , you probably adapt to it only through experience. That being said . I have ridden at nights, and in rains and both together. They are v good. When you ride at night. I don't go beyond 80-100 as it's pitch dark on highways. The speed of the bike doesn't much affect the light. And the waterproofing on the bike has given me no such issues till now too. But if I have the budget for a new light I would go for Alpha model of maddog. It has double the throw. The more brightness the better. This is adequate in its own way. No issues with it

@@RoshanSridhar thank you for this, i just bought last week, i ride very much at night as well, just wanted to know, and that's my sweet speed at night and Little less during rain. Even i was thinking about the alpha but ot won't fit on my access 125. First i thought about scout, but as you said " more the brightness the better" this thought 💭 popped so i got scout X.

Damn bro, I think scout x is more than enough for access 125. I had the same installed for my burgman too. I sold the burgman though recently. But those lights are the right size for gearless two wheelers .. 🥂 cheers. Hope they are serving you well. And sorry for the late reply though

I have removed the cross rod. It's my personal choice and not any issue with the riser. So don't worry. Yes touring mirrors are great actually. Better visibility in case of night rider. Not much reflections from the lights behind the rider. Doesn't vibrate also. It's the same position as the stock with more adjustability. They are increased in price by almost 50% since I got them. Don't know why..but still worth it

Hie bro sorry for the late reply. There has been no effect on battery as yet. I haven't replaced the stock battery till now. And I have used the fog lights quote often on night rides. I would suggest you to go for the maddog alpha model if you can stretch , as it has double the lumens. And you could certainly use more light at night
