Bro for collage use which bike to choose interceptor 650 or jawa classic......my home is in North chennai (thiruvottriyor)........and my collage is near ampa skywalk.......which bike can choose for travelling between home to college
@RoshanSridhar4 жыл бұрын
Depends on your other use. If you're using the bike only for city use...You can buy jawa or Classic 350. If your going for touring mostly....Then Interceptor is the best option. Don't choose a bike for just the looks. See the Purpouse also when buying.

@@gogsays Colour choice is personal. So what i like you may like or u may not. Personally I was going to choose either Baker express or ravishing red..bcos in both these bikes ,lot of areas are black in colour. Example wheels , mudguard, headlight etc...in other colours these areas are silver . So i purchased Baker express. I love that colour. You can buy either Baker express or ravishing red. Both are great colours

Are those mirrors on the bike stock ones? Because they look different (and nicer).
@RoshanSridhar5 жыл бұрын
Hi Bro, these are the touring mirrors from Royal Enfield. They cost about 4000. It's a good investment, as they are better adjustable than the stock. Which gives you a better view . They also do not vibrate even if u do 120+ kms speed. They don't glare during night time also when vehicles behind u have strong light. Overall definitely better than stock. You can go for bar end mirrors also if u like. Personally I don't like them. So I chose these and am happy. Cheers

@RoshanSridhar5 жыл бұрын
Hi Bro, I can help you with your decision...But first tell me what's your purpouse for buying this bike? City riding? Touring? And what bike are you currently using?
@rishabhmanu27375 жыл бұрын
@@RoshanSridhar it's my 1st bike and I initially use it for city riding ...
@RoshanSridhar5 жыл бұрын
@@rishabhmanu2737 If you are going to use it for City riding mostly then things to note are *This bike weighs 200+ kgs in weight....riding in city is going to be difficult compared to a Duke or dominar *This being a 650cc bike , it gets pretty hot quickly, so Ur thighs and legs do feel the heat.....and it's a must that u wear a pant when riding...else chances of Ur leg being burned up are high....cos the engine sticks out in the side. *The fuel economy in the city is going to be on an avg of 22-26 litres .. # 650 cc is a lot of power, you should be able to handle the torque and speed to avoid any mishaps * Lastly it's priced at 3lakh approx on road price for Baker express colour...now it's alot of money which you should consider before buying.. I would also suggest you dominar 2019...which is a lakh cheaper and performance wise, it's close to interceptor or a Duke 390 and is vfm But if I had to buy a bike for 3 lakh again, I would choose the interceptor again...bcos it's the best vfm bike available right now in the market... Performance is great and I always prefer classic looking motorcycles And my main purpose is touring, for riding in city I have a suzuki burgman...so Interceptor is the perfect Bike for me.. I suggest you to take a test ride of the Interceptor , dominar and the Duke 390 before u decide. I will soon be making a detailed review video on interceptor once I reach 2000kms Cheers 😊

Bro in city the engine gets v hot . No option for this. And it's important to wear full pant and maybe shoes too to protect ur leg from burning from engine heat. As of now there is no mod to fix this. I ll update u once I know of something. You can try sitting a little back in u le seat and ride...ur feet won't be close to the engine then. Wearing Shoe is a better option

Sure. The continental GT 650's footpegs are a bit rear set than Interceptor. Pls ask in the showroom if you put that foot peg in Ur bike. It would solve your problem .

What are the tyre pressures for front and rear tyres?
@RoshanSridhar3 жыл бұрын
Solo - 32 Front/36 Rear . With Pillon 32 Front /39 Rear. If.your have Higher Air Fill than 36 in the rear when ur riding solo. Then the bike would be Stiffer On Bumps and potholes

Bro i am generally using car for both touring and official work , so i plan to used it for weekly touring or some rides so plz suggest is it bike suitable for me or i am move to Jawa 42???
@RoshanSridhar5 жыл бұрын
Again it depends on your needs....u should ask yourself ...how much distance are you going to travel in a day during touring and what is the speed at which you prefer riding... If you go for a classic 350 or a Java 42. The comfortable cruising speed is from 80-100. Over that the engine is stressed. If you want effortless cruising speed...Interceptor can provide you that. Everything in the bike is great from performance to braking... Two things as everyone mentions as a negative is seating position and rear foot pegs position...if u travel solo then rear foot pegs are not an issue. Seat can be modified of an air seat can be added. I personally wanted more speed so i purchased Interceptor...i have a classic 350 also. Also you should note that if u ride in city conditions Ur bike will get heated quickly . If budget is not a problem and you want a a bike for casual touring with great performance.....you can surely buy Interceptor....Best in the market right now....You can check the Dominar 2019 as well.. it's pretty good...Else if u want classic looks .....go for java or classic 350....

How much mileage do you get it bro???????
@RoshanSridhar5 жыл бұрын
It would range from 23-30 depending on the speed u drive and city/highway conditions. On highways , with a avg speed of 100 it gives 28. In city it gives around 25-26. If you do 120+ on highway then it would give 23-25 approx. Overall these are good figures considering the engine capacity.

@@akz_visionz 26- 30 easily. Depending on traffic. Dude this is a 650 cc engine. You should not expect great mileages out of this. If mileage and performance is what you want...you can go for dominar. It will give 30+ mileage easily

The Royal Enfield Mirrors Which i have is 4000. But You can buy Any pair Of aftermarket CNC Mirrors. It would be cheaper . What they basically do is reduce glare from vehicles coming from behind. Don't vibrate. Provides a very clean view than the stock mirrors. Hight quality machine cnc is used in its build.
