If it's the pump relay , would it still send fuel to the fuel rail ? I have fuel spiting out of the rail but my scan is giving me a fault line to jbe ?

I need assistance regarding an issue with my vehicle. About 10,000 kilometers ago, the timing belt and oil were replaced, and the oil strainer was cleaned. Since then, the car has been running perfectly fine. However, two days ago, the engine started running unevenly and began to shake. A check engine warning appeared on the dashboard, along with a message advising me to visit a service center. Currently, the engine lacks power and struggles to accelerate. It sounds to me like you have a missfire. Normally this is one of two things. 1 spark plugs. These are service items. 2 coil packs, this sits on top of the plug.

Did one today. Only took plastic cover off top. Marked cams, flywheel and crank keyed pulley with tip-ex. Dropping belt in from the top there is just enough room to get the belt onto cams, lined everything up with marks with crank bolt in and keyway out, then key in the crank. Few squirts with a decent gun once in place and put it all back together. They are pretty easy tbh.

Just make sure it’s central and tighten the bolts a little at a time from corner to corner in a star order.

So you took down the oil pan as well. For that the cat converter needs down too cause it stands in the way and it has exhaust rusted nuts which are a hell to pull off.

@@How2FixIt1 Heh. Guess what. Right now I was doing this job,basically changing the 2 belts myself in my garden. I probably do not need to take down the oil pan from what I see at this moment. After draining the oil, I take off the bolts from the black cover surrounding the lower belt and take it out, then both pulleys holding the pump belt and that's it. Although it's usually a must to also take the oil pan down in order to clean the usually clogged up oil pump pickup, cause THAT'S the main reason why they call it ecoboom because they never knew that they should clean that oil pickup at every 60k miles for a healthy life of fhe engine. Normally this is what the auto service must know, not the client, but nowadays the client must know more than the regular mechanica cause it's their money in the game. That's why I've learned and try to do just about everything at my beloved Fords myself.

avoid these engines ad all cost!!!!,...... ford started with thess engines and were convicted in the usa to pay there costumers back al the costs they made even thos who didend go to ford garages for the oil change....here in europe still nothing so they keep selling these worst engines ever made and it gives the garages a lot more work and profit .........witch comes out of your pocket/////

@How2FixIt1 headlight is not so easy to remove on a 2018 but managed without. Lots of wire loom clips on the lower panel to pry out

Did u do it OK? I replaced master bled ok but think I may have some extra air still found it fiddly I thought u had to pull the metal tab ir push it? Obvs I managed to get fluid flowing but felt sequence was off q bit

So push clip in and pull pipe out then put power bleeder on pushed air out and then pushed pipe back into position and disconnect pressure bleeder, clutch is perfect now

Heat the pipe with a blowtorch. Get it cherry red and the carbon will burn right out of it.
