NEw guitarist, new sound. He leaves his mark, best arr since i don’t remember when. The only thing missing is catchy vocal melodies

This song and performance is the real thing. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fIDLdWCMfK6nlZosi=gW5p4B64DMNjUl_o To me, this nee tune is not Ian Anderson. It sounds like some fake Ai bull- S. Unless someone can prove it's not, I will believe this is all made up computer assisted. I don't believe Ian even had a hand in this production, unless he just needed some cash. No, not real. But, if Ian did have a hand in it, he should say so, that he used Artificial Intelligence to make it. That's all.

It all sounds like Ian's solo work .. Without Martin the chemistry is just there to be a JT ..

Nostalgia - first concert I ever went to was JT (many moons ago)...hard to see through the fog of smoke lol, but it was still awesome... 🖤❤🔥

This is one of those videos that, if it had come out back in the days when MTV was mostly music videos, we would have randomly run across on that music channel and been transfixed regardless of how we felt about the music.

"Unfit to frolic, unconscerned." I have been a long time fan from before Rock Island. And was blessed in that time to see you live perfrom. But now in mid 50s and being diagnosed with Multiple Scelrosis. I am adding that line to my MS Warrior mantra I say every morning to motivate me to continue to fight this disease

Get rid of Martin Barre, bring in a guitarist that tries to replicate his sound? Jeez, doesn't that make sense? Ian's voice is dictating the style of the material, the last few albums have the same cadence and structure. Either stop singing of find someone that has a decent range

It's like Tull married Floyd & had Crimson for a baby. Trippy!

It sounds very good, with the guitar lead emulating Martin in a wholly positive way, yet the vocal part seems oddly tentative in parts. No pussyfooting necessary - the material merits full commitment. Maybe the lyrics themselves, in spots, slow down the singing and provoke my reaction. All the same, on the whole, this works.

Been a fan of Tull since 71 when I lived in Korea as a military brat. Aqualung was playing at the teen club on the base, in the dorm that I live in going to Pusan American High School and over the military radio. Saw the band play in Memphis in the mid 70's, at a casino at a small venue in Mississippi in the 90's and Ian was as good as ever. Later saw his band in 2000, his voice was having problems but still a good concert. This new music is wonderful.

Mine was on the heels of that show, in New Haven Coliseum. 102 shows later, if Tull is coming to the East Coast I generally see 2 to 3 shows per year for the last 47 years

great song and great video. I love the animation style. it was simple on a technical level, but artistically impactful and trippy. It reminds me of arcade title screens, with still sprites that glide around.

Ok, now this sounds like a real band again. Followed JT since 1971 and 10 concerts over the years. I am a true fan and have all the releases in all forms and hoping the Deluxe boxes continue. I like Underwraps/ I want it. lol I am excited by the sound here and as a true JT song a 6-minute goodie, can't wait for the 17-minute song and the rest of the album.
