Hi Tommy. Great program. Very thorough. I was thinking of getting a Spider Grills Venom but I like the wireless features on this unit. Only question I have is, wouldn't it be better if the S1 was at the grate level, either on the hood or the base? Appreciate your thoughts on this. Thank you and Happy New Year!!!!

You can drill it and put it there. I just used the pre-drilled hole. If you try grate level. LMK [e-mail]
