Never use thread seal compound or tape on flair fittings. Flair fittings rely on metal to metal contact and cannot achieve that with anything in the way 😊 That’s not the case in this video I don’t think, however it is very good knowledge to have

That's a good grinder a lot of the crap ones don't have all those adjustments and now when I'm looking ill make sure the one i get does because that is super handy even my dads bench grinder when i was a kid had the tilt and maybe a slight adjustment so you didn't put the the stand /post thing into the wheel that one has all the real adjustments and a lot of operations are done safer on a bench grinder than by hand i love it!

Thanks for the demonstration! Should come in handy when I get ready to paint my old Wheel Horse hood. Previous owners have drilled some small holes to attach reflectors or marker lights or something.

The world lost a great man when you dad passed away! He got me started in my metal art adventure making bikes. Big ones, small ones and in between size ones! I even sent a Penny Farthing bike I made to a friend in England,,,,our oldest daughter has one as well as do may others,,,,thanks to your dad so generously helping to go on a very long journey with my metal art. I haven't done any metal work in a few years now but every time I walk through my small shop I look up and see all the bikes your dad George helped me make! God Bless you George RIP Tom Kuzia

Deepest condolences for your loss. I found your dad on the early internet seems like decades ago. I have lost the videos and book I had, but now I see you have all his videos on the net. Thank you so much for posting them, I always enjoyed your dad's approach to working copper.

I just viewed a video of your father's for the first time today. I was searching for videos on coating metal to protect it and found his video on the topic... I'm so glad I did ... I have enjoyed watching videos of his wonderful creations. So sorry to hear of his passing. I read the obituary and it mentioned he recorded original bedtime stories for his granddaughter ... Why not post the audio recordings of some of her favorite stories here in your father's memory to keep the channel going and adding fresh content. I know I would enjoy that ... and I think other followers of his might as well. RIP George 🙏

I have been watching your Father's videos for some time, always learning a lot from him. I was suprised to see that he lived in Brown county. I am near Bloomington, I wish I had know that sooner, it would have been amazing to meet him.
