I've been following along every day, it's going well so far! My arms are a little sore but they are not bad. I found doing the mat pushups a little hard as well but bringing my knees in closer to my hands helped. Looking forward to completing the series, they're nice bite-sized videos and very achievable so far, thank you! :)

I'm one week behind schedule (was half-dead sore from other exercises), but now back alive and enjoying every single session. The detailed technique instructions were similar to what I had previously heard in Simon Borg Oliver's explanations for yoga. I always feel enlightened when experts from different communities express the same ideas (in different words).

Hi Natalie, I am loving all your videos! You are explaining everything very well! I have been following all the push up days sincerely. On day 6 for me today, however, I wasn't able to complete the last 10-10 mat pushups. I am not able to understand if my technique is wrong, although I followed all 3 points you mentioned or is it that I still haven't built the strength? In that case what should I do?

Hello and thank you for your lovely words, I hope this late response still helps you somewhat. The more weight you put onto your arms the harder it is and part of doing these exercises is learning how to modify the weight and how much you lean to the front onto the arms in order to be challenged but still be able to do the exercises. I hope this helps and that you were able to progress eventually. Best wishes

Loving you videos 😍 a bit sore arms here and 10th push in the semi-pushups was really hard to achieve, but I'm making a nice progress

Thank you Natalie - really enjoying the journey. Shoulders are a little achey, but just a muscular ache, so I’m happy to be working them! Should we be bringing our body forward thereby making a 90 degree angle with our arms? I’m sure all will become clear next week. Looking forward to the stretches tomorrow 👍💪😁

Hiya and thank you for the lovely words. The angle will be slightly different for everyone hered. The main thing is that you can push the elbows into the side body well and that you can keep the shoulders pushed down away from your ears.

Started on day 5 so today upper arms are soar today ... did the training though although my left elbow always splays out on the push up. 😥I’ll keep trying though. Thank you

If you go from the beginning your muscles have more time to adjust :) Focus on really pushing the elbows into the side body.

On day number one I didn't have bottles for the bottle exercises so I took books. Today I found out that they are about 1 kg instead of 500 g. Well, it can't be bad.
