You have foregone me with the blue hair, what I want for a long time. That's fit very well to you btw....very rough Xp And I realised, my "shoulder" mobility is about my latissimus dorsi, what is quite strong and stiff, so I have to find somebody to stretch out or massage or something, roller foaming. Thank you for treating =)

Haha! The blue hair is my teenage dream, I finally just did it! Foam roller is great for better shoulder mobility. and side stretches! as well as the relase based long hold chest stretches. Those are super!

Amazing this is perfect. Noticed immediate difference. Eyes still feel a bit of pressure at the end of the handstand, but my face did not go as red, and was able to feel more relaxed. Hopefully will improve with practice. I want to be able to do handstands without getting blood vessels popping with pressure.

Hi Natlie! Vielleicht kann man gleichzeitig Handstand und Freitauchen betreiben. Bei beidem muß man kontroliertes Atmen und Luftanhalten üben. War nur ein Gedanke! 😉Ich mache Scuba aber Freitauchen ist schon interessant.

Ja night owl allerdings, da hast du mich ja schon ein Paar mal ertappt. Ja Freitauchen scheint mir auch sehr interessant in Bezug auf die Atemtechnik! Atmund ist allgemein sehr interessant.

@@NatalieReckert ich muss schon sagen, dass das Tauchen schon cool ist! Die Welt ist ganz anders unten. Außerdem schaffe ich unter Wasser problemlos den Presshandstand, hehe 😉
