There's nothing much more disheartening than walking out to your vehicle to find a flat or low tire. This ‪@RYOBITOOLSUSA‬ P737D high-pressure inflator easily fits under a truck seat and it may save the day. Running on the One+ 18V battery, this little handheld compressor will pump up to 150 PSI. Don't forget the beach or the pool, you can also blow up your pool floats as well. Best of all, this little RYOBI inflator is less than $25 without the battery. You may even catch some ‪@HomeDepot‬ sales and get a 2-battery pack with charger for cheap as well. 3-year Warranty.

Tip: They make Velcro cord/cable straps that you can keep on the tool to hold the trigger down.

Thanks for this! I recently lost my husband and have been trying to figure out what all his tools were for and how to use them to keep things going around here when all of the sudden I remember my hubby telling me "KZbin" he was one of those guys that could build or repair anything and often he would KZbin. This will be a great tool to have with me when I move across this country next year when I retire. Now I think I will go fill up my car tire since the air pressure light is on!😁

I bought one of these but chose to return it. The lack of trigger lock is inexcusable. It is really slow. I know most of these cheapo pumps are slow, but my harbor freight direct drive 12V pump works much faster, quieter, and cooler. And if I recall correctly, the Ryobi has a stated duty cycle of a max of 5 minutes before you have to let it cool. So it's basically useless. edit: and I'm a Ryobi fanboy. I have over a dozen Ryobi tools, plus a bunch of batteries. And I've bought Ryobi as gifts for several of my friends and family.

It's the exact same as the HART inflator that was also $20-$25, It was pretty handy but I blew mine up within three months. I was stupid and after taking it apart and finding a broken piston rod... I threw it away and didn't even consider taking it back and having it replaced until months later. but my main disappointment after this video ended is. *****150psi******** i don't think it can do it. but really wanted to see it blow up. or be very surprised to see it actually do it. love the channel but C'MON MAN! GOT T0 DELIVER THE GOODS.!!!! Don't mind crazy thumbnails and unrealistic titles. even if the answer is obvious as long as the subject is addressed. confirmed true false or inconclusive but at least attempted. and if Ryobe is a sponsor, I really hope that the results are not being covered up because it failed to deliver or blew up. I feel that information is very important, not just because it advertises it, it's in the thumbnail/title (i think it was) but even if not it was brought up at the beginning of the video. if I'm going to trust your commentary and ability to test these tools, I have to know that you're not in the company's pocket. and maybe I was misled and this is just an infomercial channel disguised as an actual review channel. if that's the case I can just watch the product line commercials if that's what I wanted. I'm not opposed to anyone getting paid unless that means we get fluff reviews that focus on strengths and the bad things get swept under the rug. I've been a subscriber for only a couple months and am not jump[ing off the ship just yet, but I do have to know if I can believe that the information on this channel is not filtered by the tool companies (or company) your reviewing

Have it's little brother from a few years ago. It worked for a couple of rv tires and died, it was cheap as hell when I got it $39 ? so wasn't overly upset that it was dead. Took it apart and found a little loose chunk of plastic stuck under the check valve, 5 minutes worth of "repair" and it still works GREAT !

I use this tool every other day to top off skid steer(65psi) and occasionally trailer tires(110psi), they last about 2 or 3 months on average, pro tip if it starts to smell switch to a different one or let it cool off or it'll be toast also zip tie the trigger and inserting the battery is your new on and off

This tool has a duty cycle of 5min on 5 min off. Amazon sells battery adapters so you can use Milwaukee/Dewalt batteries with this tool. The battery adapters sell for about $15 (there is no low voltage protection on many of them, so you must make sure that the battery has at least 1 bar/light of power while the tool is in use) this ryobi inflator is amazing little tool to throw in a backpack when going on a long bicycle ride, inflating small tires, balls and anything falling within that 5min on 5min off duty cycle. I would not use it on a car tire unless you're willing to wait (observe the duty cycle) or risk damage to the ryobi inflator.

I have the Makita which also doesn't have a trigger lock but I fixed that. I wish this was my idea but to give credit I saw it on a YT review. I use a tie wrap that stays on the unit. It's tight enough to slip over the trigger when depressed but I can slip it off the trigger to shut it off. It's not ideal but it works and I don't have to hold that damn trigger.

My truck tires are nail magnets. I pulled the nail then plugged it up myself while broken down. I've done this many times. I grabbed my new Ryobi 18v and started her up. About 10 minutes later the tire was at 36 psi and away I went. Total time from flat to driving away was 30 minutes. This is exactly why I bought this bad boy. Side of the road emergencies. Worked as advertised. Previously I've used those "SLIME" compressors for 2 decades with mixed results. When the SLIME failed at the worst possible time (Side of a highway outside Pittsburgh 2am, 18 wheelers flying by dangerously close.) I knew I needed a more modern tool. The failed 'SLIME' unit was brand new. The older ones I've had were better built. I gave those to family when I bought the new Slime which failed miserably. I say "Two Thumbs Up" for the Ryobi 18v. Bonus---> I had 3 other Ryobi tools with extra batteries so I only purchased the unit & slapped in one of my batteries in the garage. Voila !

Ok but can it do it with the cars full weight on the tire and pump it full or does it have to have the weight of the car removed to be able to fill up an entire tire in 9min? Because if it can't its useless I ain't going to be able to lift my car in the middle of nowhere sometimes depending on the enviroment i am in off roads or weather conditions. My current makita tire inflator can do it from empty with all the car weight no problem and that cost me 100 with tax a few years ago. I like ryobi I have trimmer and this is really a cheap price.

Is the depressor on the inside of the nozzel that pushes down the tyre valve metal or plastic on this device. I have read reviews of other pumps that have plastic depressors that broke. I would hate to have to throw out the whole device, just because the part that pusches in the valve broke off.

I have 2 riding mowers with 4 tires apiece. 1 hand truck with 2 big tires. Pressure washer with 2 mini tires and a fertilizer spreader with 2 tires, a leaf shredder with 2 tires a rear tine tiller with 2 massive tires and 2 SUV vehicles that need air adjustments every once in awhile and this Ryobi inflator is like gold to me cuz I don't have to bring these items to my air compressor which has 2 tires anymore. Maybe I'll get another one for backup! Highly recommend for every home owner.

My Ryobi fell apart on the inside after less than an hour of operation. (I only ever ran it for 1-4 minutes at a time, BTW.) I opened it up and reconnected the linkage to the pump, and it started working again. After about another cumulative 15 minutes of operation, the pump failed altogether. I saved the Adapter fittings to be spares for the Milwaukee inflator I bought to replace the Ryobi. Wish me luck.

Not a very good report. I doubt you even read the instructions. An absolute must if you plan to do an evaluation of any product. You totally overlooked and said nothing about the rules about duty cycle and the mandatory rest period needed so it can cool down. If you ran it for 9 minutes straight then you screwed up. It has a duty cycle and rest period. Not a very good job at all.
