This presentation is very helpful. Suggestion - When you upload the video on KZbin, can you edit the q&a section so that we don't have to listen to repetitive information or the speaker asking people to ask relevant questions or she just stating that particular topic will be covered or not. Can include only those parts of q&a where some new information was given. Unnecessary lengthy video discourages people from listening or even to start listening.

I think the answer for the last question, on how to follow the ayurvedic principles in places which have extreme weather conditions, would be that Ayurveda and most other knowledge systems of Bharat are very localized, geography specific, and territorial. There is no one standard knowledge for all situation. It differs according to the nature and circumstances. And perhaps the principles stated therein is best applicable to people in India. And may not be suitable for others because the Acharyas who wrote these texts being here in India, for the Indian people. A different set of practices would be required for other people.

Great video but I will you feeback that Sanskrit word Write in Sanskrit alphabet. In English alphabet it doesn't make much Sense and confusing .
