Hello ASL Heroes!!! Now's your chance to help others. If you’ve enjoyed having access to an expert in ASL you can help me continue my work for you and for parents of Deaf children. A donation (or a small monthly donation) from you would instantly make a big difference here at the studio because teachers don’t earn much and I could use some help paying for server and domain hosting for Lifeprint.com. Right now YOU can help out a kind, caring, generous, compassionate, helpful, friendly, fair, hard-working, and ... humble (heh) ASL teacher -- just go to the link below and a few clicks later you too will be a true “ASL Hero!” www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=64QMBRBXQSV6G Thanks! - Dr. Bill p.s. You can have your very own USB drive with four semesters worth of ASL instruction (that’s the equivalent of two years of colleges classes) for just $79.95. See "SuperUSB" in the ASLUniversity bookstore at: lifeprint.com/bookstore/bookstore.htm Take care and love to you all. :)

I love your channel and have been learning so much from it to use in public to make people aware of the deaf community and how shut out they are in stores and society in general. I have had my ear drums cut because of cancer and am very hard of hearing. I had an experience at the grocery store where the clerk asked...how's your day, but what I heard was.....are you GAY!... Hahahaha......he was so embarrassed but we all had a good laugh. Several of the clerks are now learning to sign. Thanx so much.

You covered the word "nerd"! I asked you about that recently so I already knew it. 🙂 And I learned how to sign "science" so now I know "science nerd." I was thinking of asking you the sign for "bullying" (after seeing you teach the word "tease") but I see it has its own sign which is more depictive I think. Great video.
