How did you get the tension rail mounted? I had disassembled camshaft, the drive dual gear, the clutch and the lower spur gear behind the clutch and it was not possible for me.

The plastic thingies that holds the chain in place? Back one from the bottom with everything removed. It bends a bit, but falls into place. Then install the chain and bottom sprocket, then insert the front one from the top. And the last step is to install the cams. A bit of work is needed to align the marks. Still better than KTM :).

So you loosened and lifted the cylinder again for the installation of the clamping rail? That's a lot of extra work if you only want to swap the rails. This is quite deceptive in the video, because from one second to the next, the rail is suddenly mounted. kzbin.info/www/bejne/b2mynp6LmdF7gLM
