I think the apartment was nicely done and with up to par quality. However, with the price of Rm1000/sqft, I don't feel the luxury part be it the unit or the facilities. But I can see that you were very impressed 😄

Btw, I just visited the mall yesterday, I feel like it might be challenging for the mall to thrive. Luckily they bring in a nice gym so some crowd might be expected in the future.

The mall not catered to big catchment areas like 1U and Midvalley. I think the tenant mix sufficient la for the residents there. Got some cafes and a 24/7 gym (this is good) to attract the young ones. A nursery for parents too. Ok la, i think it will survive but i don't expect it to thrive la. As for the pricing, it's individual preference and yes I was impressed compared to many I've seen (not many la 🤣) How many condos you can name that has a drivers room? Drivers room man...to me nothing says atas like having a designated room for your driver to wait for you.

The corridor will get wet and ponding every time raining… developer need to to install louver windows to overcome issue… is common mistake in architecture…😅
