In todays video I’m going to be doing a couple things to my 2003 Silverado but the main thing is going to be upgrading the stock climate control knobs to knobs from a 2008 Chevy savana van!

The first knobs are the ones I put on my truck. I just changed the metal fitting from the old knobs to the new ones, perfect fit. I don't know how they didn't fit your truck, they fit mines perfectly. The Savannah ones look small & didn't light up the circle around the entire knob.

I got cheap knockoff toyota knobs off eish and I hollowed them out and the oem knobs fit snuggly inside no problem. Light output isnt as golf though

Is that center console stock or something you swapped in? I like how the cup holders are up top. In my 04 Tahoe they're down by the floor...... also I see where guys do the headlight switch knob. Could these also be used on the headlight switch knob?

@@ZPTVChannel I just watched that.... That's awesome! Looks like you had the same center console I had with the low cup holders. Im a smoker unfortunately & I keep my ashtray down there and it makes it hard to ash. With this console it would make it easier. Wonder if this swap works in a 2004 Tahoe..... probably does, they're probably the same floor pan.

I’m almost positive it will work in a Tahoe! Like you said the floor pans, at least in the front, should be identical. Ive never regretted swapping mine it’s sooo much better than the old one! Lol

Might need to dremmel out a little more. I was having a tough time too and that’s what I ended up doing. Also check to make sure the metal sleeve on the inside isn’t squeezed to much.
