Mike israetel is easily my favorite person in fitness. Listening to him speak teaches me about training and motivates me to train harder with more volume. Thanks for the good work Mike and Steve

Sometimes i wish i could leave gains on the table. My arms are too big and chest and legs too big. I want to stop growing. I do 3 bicep curls and just grow its so annoying.

As a female, even though the period goes away..I unfortunately, still experience all the other changes (mood changes, bloat, water retention, strength loss) slightly less severely, but it still happens. Just wanted to mention that since it can still be an issue for females even if their period stops.

Absolutely, amenorrhea has mostly to do with hormones where's all the other things you've mentioned aren't purely based on hormone levels.

There's no "should". As long as you feel comfortable and still make reasonable progress.

Ziisis HyY Somewhat of a rough guideline: in the video Mike recommends not going beyond the point where you can no longer see your abs.

Usually a 4 to 1 design is used. Depends on fat level and training level.

One of the reasons women respond well and can handle more frequency then men is the lower strength and testosterone levels. A man generally produces way more homeostatic stress in his workouts then a woman and thus needs more rest. example, a man benching 405 for 5 sets of 6 reps is way more volume and stress in a single session then a. woman benching 135 for 5 sets of 6 reps . the woman can hit bench again two days later cause her volume (weight accounted) is actually much less then the mans (even though reps and sets were the same). Due to strength and higher testosterone levels his volume is much higher because of high poundages of weight being pushed.

I think another aspect is the fact that they generally don't have as much muscle mass. Smaller muscles require less recovery time. Maybe that's an oversimplified theory. I'm not a doctor. Lol
