07/01/24 LUNCH: catfish spicy 🌶️ sour soup,catfish air fryer with green mango sauce🌶️😋👍

I am loving on that cat stew, I am going to try it with coconut milk. I see the teacher was licking his chops, for a minute there I thought he was going to straight up that chili pepper, I know when a man had his limit of heat, maybe 10 years ago he would have done two dipped in shrimp paste. I gotta go get me some cat to make this dish, my fish market is the lake 15 minutes away, I can only stand being out until 10am, the heat is brutal. All I need is a few cats, this meal inspired me, you guys did it with one cat, I prefer the 12-14" ones, they are only a year old or two old and the texture is so tender. My freezers is choke full of crappie and striper we have to eat the fish we catch no room for storage. Our electric bill is ridiculous too, four freezers and two fridges, insane. Love these recipes, always looking forward to new.
