07-14 Expedition rear heat coolant leak

I have this same problem except my leak was a little farther up towards engine…… tube was rubbing on the upper control arm bushing bracket…. I had all intentions on replacing the complete tube assembly but seeing your simple repair may be the route I’ll take since it’s not high pressure line ….. thanks

Good fix, I wonder if you had a tig welder if you could have zapped a little aluminum filler and be done! Of course you'd had to of drained it first.

Well it’s the first time I’ve seen it. I’ve personally owned 2, have alot of customers who have them and I’ve never heard of such a incident with any of them.
