Loved the quiet workout. My neighbours loved it too :D Btw have you ever thought about a 25 min flow workout, without breaks, constantly moving? I love this format since it is slightly lower in intensity but so much fun and great for cardio. Havent found one like that in your workouts.

Get your heart pumping and muscles working, all while keeping it QUIET! This low impact high intensity workout starts with a 45 second cardio conditioning round, then progresses to a 30 second HIIT round. Options to increase intensity and speed as it works for you, but keeping it grounded and easy on the joints.

Fanstastic. Quiet CAN be more powerful. Loved the elevated rounds. Since I never jump. I already do a lot of these moves as modifications. Squeezing a small playground ball between the hands will also elevate the impact

I’ve missed you Amy! I went back to the gym. To a different one and I’ve had to stop due to an injury. I’m getting back into the swing of things and I’ve decided to go back to you. thsi is such a good short cardio workout, heart rate went up to zone 5 at one point..had to slow down a lil :)

I do not like cardio at all, usually I skip them, but I decided to do this one and it was a killer. By the 2nd round I was beat and wanted to quit, but just kept telling myself it's only 25 min. The 45 sec and also the 30 sec seemed like forever! But I finished it, was tired as heck, but proud of myself that I got through it
