This bodyweight active recovery workout uses a timed pyramid format to improve mobility, flexibility, gentle cardio, and strength. As you go up in timed intervals and then back down, you have options to increase or decrease intensity, depending on what you need today.

Amy .im use to working out at the gym. The past few years i have a few health issues bad heart with Angina, stents, blood clots onmy lungs . Is this a good work out for me. Ive gone from 8stone 12 to 13 stone im struggling walking and breathing. X
