The Hayabusa. The consummate GT motorbike. There is no other machine that gives you that much power, that much stability and all day bombing along comfort. In my opinion it is a masterpiece of engineering and design.

Thats was a great review! I would have to agree 100% with you on all your statements. Im glad u had a chance to ride a busa and share your opinion. Pretty dam fast sport touring bike that does well on a track. Thanks for sharing! ! There are a few minor difference between the where the busa is purchased ... CANADIAN BUSA VS USA VS JAPANESE. VS EUROPE. They all have a few different specs but not a big deal. 1999-2000 had no restrictions on speed in 2001 the factory started to put a governor on them 300 kph. Great job my friend

HushpuppyAddict Great candid review! I like the fact that you have experienced other bikes that gives a grand perspective. Funny, you are like all of us other bike owners, no matter how clean you got it... there is always something that can be cleaned on it! =)) Loved that seat-of-your-pants blast at the end, too! And you settled into fourth and mellowed! It's amazing how quickly you catch up on other traffic, isn't it! What a missile! BIG THUMBSUP >95

So if you like cruising slash a VERY fast bike, Hayabusa is something for you?
@HugoGSamuraiHg10 жыл бұрын
sappobbg Your Baby Sister was not shy on Speed :) Eh!! A little Info that you guys might like to know "Maybe already know lol " " Hayabusa (隼?) is Japanese for "peregrine falcon", a bird that often serves as a metaphor for speed due to its vertical hunting dive, or stoop, speed of 180 to 202 miles per hour (290 to 325 km/h), the fastest of any bird " So i think Suzuki made justice to the name and she is A BEAUTIFUL Beast Very good review and Ride Thumbs up

So what's your opinion as far as all-day riding goes? Is this thing gonna kill your wrists/throw your back out/cramp your legs up? I'm used to riding standards/cruisers and have never ridden a sport bike but would love to take a Hayabusa for a spin some day. Great video!
@HushpuppyAddict9 жыл бұрын
MikeyFraz1 If you are not used to your feet being in a sprotbike tuck....you may get a hip cramp or 2. And there are ways around wrist forearm pain. hayabusa was named after the japanese word for falcon which back in '99 the busa was the competitor to the honda blackbirdxx falcons eat blackbirds
@HushpuppyAddict10 жыл бұрын
It's the Japanese word for Peregrine falcon to be specific
@raven-jz6cv8 жыл бұрын
Angel Loeza had both .if ya want a pig buy a 99 07 busa. if you want a bike whos gonna turn like a supersport of that era blackbird will destroy the busa. plus much more comfortable you dont feel the weight like the old busa and much more reliable with superior brakes. actually old busa brakes vs blackbird no competition. busa has no brakes busa is just faster with more cc. the 08+ busa though another story. handles like a supersport much much faster. you dont feel the weight that much. slightly tuned brakes and better looking far more reliable and forgiving beast
