Absolutely luv this bike, and the big Z, 'cause I'm a big fat dude, plus they have a comfy passenger seat, unlike all these cruisers you've been riding. It's a big ,comfy, stupid-fast sport-tourer, and that's for me!

Way back in 2000, my brother bought a Hayabusa. It was a long, low, stretched-out GT bike. A great grand-tourer. Never forget the insane power of that thing.

Controlled insanity is the 'Busa'. Like any other bike, whether its a dirt bike or a cruiser....Just because it can go that fast...doesn't mean that you should. The rider controls what is going on. Dont ride one without serious respect for it.

I ride the 2015. To be honest you need to take that out on the freeway away from traffic , and you should be up front so you can open that up to feel the real Power of the bike.....Breaking 160 in 4th gear is amazing.....you gotta run it.

+Stuart Short Simple it's power to weigh and you will only beat in in a straight line. On a track or twisty roads you have no chance vs a 1000. Hell the right rider on a 600 in that matter may even kick it's ass. Depending on skill levels. Don't get me wrong I'm a huge busa guy and have owned one myself. But it's not a Supersport.

Excellent review. I have a 2020 Hayabusa (nothing has changed since 2016) and I agree on all facets that you mentioned. It's comfortable, it's fast, it's responsive, the throttle is amazing and it's heavy. I happen to absolutely love my Busa. No buyer's remorse on my end at a little over $16,000 out the door with taxes and title. I fucking love every single inch of my Busa for everything it's worth.. But again, great review. I think you were spot on. I'll be doing a review on mine soon!

Are you countersteering at all? When you turn it just looks wrong, like you're turning in the direction you're going. It could just be the way it looks, or the way the bike handles I guess. If not, steering like that could give you serious issues at some point.

The amazing thing about this bike is the power range in the gears. I reckon that if you behave yourself, you could lower to the fuel consumption from the claimed 6.5L/100km to around 5.5L/100km. I am seriously thinking about getting one.

people that never owned a busa would never know what that bike is really capable of..in the right hands that bike is a rocket ship. there are very few bikes and even fewer riders that can keep up on the street turns and all..on the other hand not my first choice for a track bike..lol

@94SexyStang
@94SexyStang 8 жыл бұрын
Bad idea, you're going to drop it...no offense, but EVERYONE drops their first bike. Also, 600cc is hardly a "waste"...they are 10-11 second bikes in the 1/4 mile...hell, you shouldn't even Start on a 600 either, they are very dangerous too.
@lastmanstanding7348
@lastmanstanding7348 8 жыл бұрын
600 is a waste but a busa is not a beginners road bike. try one of the many 1000cc sportbikes and get a few years under your belt before a busa. 600cc bikes are a waste, the only reason to start on a 600 or small is if you are short.

i have an 08 busa...yes they look different. ..either you love them of hate them..i never liked the look....until i knew why they look that way..hayabusa is a falcon bird and its designed to look like a falcon what its named after. the history is cool to know.. the falcon it was designed after preyes on black birds..hence the honda(blackbird) which WAS the fasted bike until the haybusa preyed on it and became the king.

lastman standing - Actually, I've not only ridden one I owned one for 3 years. I will never consider this bike to be a touring bike. Ever. There is a phenomenal video on KZbin of a guy taking a Yamaha FJR off-road. He tackles trails that are unbelievable. Does that make an FJR an enduro or even a dual sport? No! Not even close.

next up: this guy reviews a Lamborghini and never even hits the gas or takes a turn...again. edit: damn near fifteen minutes and we never even saw how the bike performs. your commentary was just as bland. recap: so yeah, this bikes pretty cool I guess, it's OK at pretty much everything, but I'm not going to show you any of it.

your reviews would be ok if you rode on some winding roads. I cant see the point of riding a bike on roads like that

Super sport bike's are too small for big dude's, dont like looking like a silver back riding a foot ball. The Busa is a Ultra bike, not a super sport, MO F**k'in Busa for life.

The Busa got kinda ugly over the years. I prefer the front on the later models but the sides and rear on the earlier models look a million times better...

I could only watch for a few minutes. Waste of time, might as well be on a 50cc bike. These bikes are meant to be ridden very fast.
