This was one tough match, had no idea I was playing against trickygym. I couldn't believe it myself when I flipped all those heads, If it's any consolation Andrew my next match I couldn't flip a double heads once. So glad this got recorded, and shout out to LDF for the build! GG!

Having a 1-1 Slowbro is now almost essentiel for any single prize decks. WIth these single prize vs single prize matches, it is always the first to attack that wins anyway

Probability is fun. Instinctive head math might seem like it would be 50%, but it's really a 43.75% chance to get double heads with Glimwood in play. Additionally, you may not have it in play about half the time and are stuck at 25%; so you'd be looking at about 35% overall chance for the KO. Those odds really make for a losing mechanic. But when it works, it's glorious. Just like hitting big at Vegas.
@FpdoubleF2 жыл бұрын
Can you explain how it's 43.75? To me it looks like only 4 in 12 possible outcomes are successful Timber Cleaves: KO: HH, TTHH THHH, HTHH. No KO: HTTT, HTHT, HTTH, THTH, THHT, TTHT, TTTH, TTTT Doesn't that make it 33%?
@JeremyCulbreath2 жыл бұрын
@@FpdoubleF Probability for any H is .5 . Probability for either trial (2 flips) to get HH is .5 x .5 = .25 . Union of the trials would be .25 + .25 = .5 . However, in the case of HH on the first trial, we don't get the second trial. So we subtract their intersection .25 x .25 = .0625. .5 - .0625 = .4375 . The intersection represents how many times the both trials would have gotten HH, but the second was not tested since the first was HH. Pretty sneaky.
@CountAffordable2 жыл бұрын
@@JeremyCulbreath The easier math is that it FAILS .75, so just calculate the fail rate and subtract from 1 to get the success rate. .75 x .75 = .5625, 1- .5625 = .4375 Same result without having to calculate intersection.

I need a coin flipping deck. Which is best, the kleavor with slowbro deck or the ambipom deck? My heart can only handle one coin flipper
@ryanhughes35692 жыл бұрын
Either it was already noted by somebody else in your chat or in the comments, or you saw it later in post. But you did have the win there if you used Quick Shootings, used Net on the active inteleon, promoted Slowpoke to active so you could place down Radiant Charizard, evolved Drizzile, Quick Shootings the Kleavor for the knockout, and then retreat Slowpoke into Charizard for the win. Not that this mattered anyway because you won regardless! What a match that was, and god what a tilting deck, I would not have had the patience or the active problem solving in the moment to come to the conlusion that you did. Excellent work, and also super entertaining to watch! What luck that your opponent had though, eh? xD

Maybe a diance in the late game could prevent the gust, and the likeliness of it happening, but I dint know where you could fit that in, unless you remove the choice belt or something.

Video 7 asking to use my custom deck. Can you use my custom deck? It's called, The Groundon Smash. It Includes: 4 Groundons (with the Magma Volcano Attack: Discard the top 5 cards of your deck. This attack does 80 damage for each energy card you discarded this way.), 2 Crushing Hammers, 4 Energy Retrievals, 4 Potions, 1 Bea, 4 Pokémon Center Lady's, 4 Bede's, 1 Cook, 1 Special Stone Energy (This Special energy reduces 20 damage after applying Weakness and Resistance), 35 Stone/Fighting Energy. I hope you enjoy, and have a SMASHING good time... hee hee.

23:00 You couldn't have retreated into the Charizard to attack after you scooped up the Inteleon w energy on it. Right? Wait. Magma basin. Yeah. You could've basined to the zard and then attached to the active for turn and manually retreated after double quick shooting.

So its one in four without the glimwood right?, why is it if you can go again not one fourth plus one fourth is a half? Ps I’m dumb and forget my statistics all the time
@maxz10592 жыл бұрын
@@HerrHeinrichHaas if it would always add up you would have a 100% chance when trying 4 times (25%+25%+25%+25%). That can't obviously be. The math is 25% win the first try. And 75% fail. When you fail you reflip and have 25% again, but only 75% of the time because you already succeeded 25% in the first run. The math goes like this then: 25% + 75%*25% = 25% + 18.75% = 43.75% It's tricky to solve but if you map out the decision tree you'll understand. Hope this helps :) Edit: you can also go the other way around to make it easier. The probability of failing twice is 75%*75% = 56.25% If you fail 56.25%, you succeed 100% - 56.25% = 43.75%
