The ESS dual sound kit does have a lot more sounds, you just have to connect it to the computer (download the software) and you’ll have at least 30+ engine sounds to choose from. They a have if I recall like 8 different diesel engines sounds. Fantastic work on the 1/10 scale semi! 👍

And horns aswell 😁👍

@ that’s true, they also have the secondary sound

Brother, keep doing you. Love all your builds. I have not come across another channel as yours that builds the frame and body them selves.

Truck came out awesome, and the Jack lift is a nice touch. Don't think I have seen anyone build one for the 14th scale semi stuff.

The smoke stack looks good when the camera was pointing at the sun and the semi drove away from the sun. The air from jt moving will pull the smoke out it looks so amazing. Truly brought a smile to my face thank you.

The sound kit has more sounds if you hook it up to a computer and in the app you can adjust that

Just a heads up, in case you’re not aware, those ESS Duals can be a bit finicky on 3S direct power. I’ve had a couple that never seemed to care, but I’ve also had a couple that either got extremely hot or straight smoked when the volume was up high for long periods of time. Just thought I’d mention that, hopefully save someone from burning theirs up at some point, like I did. Other than that, they are awesome units. Lots of options to download new sounds and horns and whatnot on the website.

you can set the voltage via computer programming

Hi there from Canada 🍁 and your new rig is looking killer and I never seen that transmission before can you show it some more and give some information about it in a different video? Love the smoke and it looks so much better now that it is all setup. Thanks for sharing your videos with us.

That looks so good. An idea for the trailer is to get a servo or two and have pieces that come down to lift the trailer up so you don’t have to lift it up and drive out it will be attached to the trailer. The semi truck looks so cool. For the smoke. You might wanna try to put a white LED or a gray LED in each of the smokes stick at the bottom so it illuminates the smoke.

Also to keep the motors loading the same turn off FOC and drag brakes. Then they wont fight each other.

That transmission also has a built in underdrive. Like 20% or somethjng.
@boduke94288 сағат бұрын
Why not just use the new Fusion 8 or if you want Spektrum the SCX6 motor and esc is plenty capable of dragging around 100 plus pounds constantly. The SCX6 esc is lacking compared to the Axe or a Mamba x but it's capable. I've used my SCX6 to tow 2 kiddos in a stroller/ trailer made to be pulled with a bicycle. It weighs 40lbs and kiddos are 70lbs together. It's pulled that for 2 years without missing a bear and still stays cool enough to hold a hand on.

So u still didn’t answer my question on how u wired motors together to receiver
@PonkyKong12 сағат бұрын
If you use a y splitter you can run multiple ESCs from one receiver.
@kravenkrawlhobby54388 сағат бұрын
So you are gonna do the exact same thing as last time and burn another motor out. It doesn’t matter where the motor is clocked around the full 360 degrees the motors will always spin in the same direction. Only way you’d need to switch the rotation is if you have one facing forward and one facing backwards. DONT DO IT AGAIN BRO, PLEASE DON’t DO IT!!!
@kravenkrawlhobby54388 сағат бұрын
Oh, the other scenario would be if for some reason one motor had and idler gear and the other one doesn’t.
