When you check the 911 print on the windshield and the red corners too, you actually realize it's not the Nürburgring winning car, but the car from the qualifiers a few days beforehand. The racing livery had the white corners and no 911 on the windshield.

@@duckduckdiecast3324 I only realized myself recently, but still got it now as I prefer the overall look and details to the Minichamps model and it has a great history with the win and Kévin Estre's overtaking. Maybe I will remove the 911 decal on the windscreen.

IXO is cheap... just dont buy them. The look ok but they are so off in many aspects.

I agree with the quality. What you pay is what you get. But the aspect of what content they release is very appealing. They havent released a model with this livery in another brand. The other I would imagine is Spark Models, I have quite a few of their models and the quality is better especially the detail. But pricewise difference? Night and Day. It all depends what you’re looking for when purchasing a model. I didnt mind the Ixo for this specific model. But I wouldnt buy all Ixo models if you know what I mean. 🙂
