To continue- …and Philip Reed. I’ve been kit and scratch building for over 50 years and I am humbled by you craftsmanship and your attention to detail. And, it isn’t mechanical, you also care about the art of making, building. I wish I had unlimited time, because I’m sure I’d walk into a museum some day and see your work. Please keep building these amazing creations, and keep that amazing wife of yours close. She is half of your success. Take care of yourself and care for your eyes and hands especially. I wish I had. My favorite ship the titanic I definitely need to get this model This is the ship that got me involved with history of the great ship/the war history. So this ship holds a special place in my heart It's what makes me what I am today. I think you have got I right she looks amazing.

Man this is a great build! I hope the channel generates some business for you, you deserve it. One thing you might consider is investing in a little mobile dolly for your camera. It might really help showcase your work to get those pan shots or even the overhead ones.

Many years ago I visited Albert Dock in Liverpool. We ventured into the Titanic exhibition. One particular exhibit has stuck in my mind. There were two display cabinets. One containing the pristine Titanic and the crew and passengers represented by small plastic figures, on a one to one basis. In the next display case was the typical scene of the back end of the Titanic has she sunk to the depths. The rescued crew and passengers were again represented by the plastic figures. Lets just say it brings home the tragic loss of life.

Ben, In the beginning you showed many little figures, sent in by the fans. Are you planning on using them? When I (years ago) built the clipper ship Thermopylae, I spent time painting the little people and placing them. A lot of fun!
