It’s only work, I work every day , it’s just work , it needs to come back to every component costed out but the work you can do yourself , it’s not worth it at a commercial rate but it’s worth it for an owner builder . As a loss adjustor the formula is cost of components, cost of labour , cost of variables , cost of storage , cost of managing work, against cost of a similar boat in good condition , minus cost of history of sinking reputation . That’s it, it’s a simple equation and the more accurate you can get those figures will give you the value of the hull as it is now.

Only been watching you for a relatively short period time, about three months. From your other videos, you are extremely busy. To take a job on like this, from the thousand foot elevation, I’d say a project manager would be required. Someone you can trust, and I mean, trust. You know the value of the boat better than anyone, both in the present condition and in the future condition. The manager would have to have extensive knowledge about boat repairs, carpentry, electrical, heating ventilating, and air conditioning, just to name a few. Can’t forget about the engines and the fuel system and the water system. After saying all this and you being as busy as you are, my first tendency would be to say “ I think it’s best if you stay away.”
