Hello, Firs let me thank you for your videos, they are verry well made. I am building a mazda 2 for auto slalom and ofcourse the weight it`s my main concern so i removed the fuel tank and pump. I`m using a aluminium tank and an external Bosch 044 fuel pump. I drilled the fuel rail to add an return and a regulator and now i dont know the ramp pressure of this car. Your pump made 4bar at idle and it droped at about 3bar when engine off. It`s this corect, should i set my fuel pressure regulator to 4 bar when idlle? Thank you so much

Looks you have the same problem, it takes long time to turn on my enigne when I just turn key from ON to START, then my mechanic cant find the reason I changed car battery, fuel pump and install new earth wire, the problem still here

There might be a catch you got to release from the boot/trunk. (You've first got to remove the covers over the spare wheel-well to access it.) Then don't forget you've also got to bush the seatbelt buckles through the holes.

Fuel pump has an integrated fuel strainer which usually lasts the lifetime of the car.
