1 9 8 2 Rotary Hammer Drill Restoration | 37 Year Old Makita Hammer Drill

I found this drill from Japan recycle shop. It is Makita rotary hammer drill. It looks very old outside, but inside is perfect. I had replaced old bearings with the new bearings. After the restoration this drill look very nice and modern with the new color I sprayed. It works very well. You will see at the end of video I made a test with this drill.

The Ingersoll Rand 114GQC Air Hammer kzbin.infoUgkxqqoaX03nrziKwF7Bjjcc71YzLEleMvOS was just the tool I needed. I Use it to remove stuck bolts. If held at the right angle you can cut slightly into the bolt. Then turn the air hammer to where it will hammer the stuck bolt to unspin the bolt. Given a little practice it works great. This air hammer gives you the control needed to get the job done right. Very powerful yet still does not seem to have as much vibration as other guns I have used. One of the best I have gotten my hands on.

I wish we had recycling shops like that here in the US. Too many tools get thrown out here because people don't know how to fix things any more. Recycling shops would be great as guys like us can buy, fix and resell great power tools like these. The old tools are better than that plastic garbage being sold today.

ну хз, у меня ушм макита 5030 живет уже 5 лет и без проблем работает. У отца тоже перф около 5 лет тоже пашет. Если не забивать пылью и своевременно менять щетки, я думаю прослужат еще столько же минимум. Тут большую роль играет само отношение к инструменту

1) После вытаскивания маслянных деталей перчатки надо менять, лучше на две пары одноразовых полиэтиленовых перчаток, чтоб не пачкать остатками масла остальные детали дрели. 2) Смазку дешевле впитывать дешевой (жесткой и прочной) туалетной бумагой, а не тканью. 3) Перед выкручиванием винтов и болтов предварительно их побрызгать WD-40. 4) Зачем выкусывать "вилки" у проводов? тонкой отверткой легко снимаются коннекторы.

Zamilovanej Blázen that was just super glued and too weak to support vibrations. He could weld it with a heat gun and proper plastic filler, much more durable.

Excellent as always. Were you able to source a newer handle or repair the old one? A great vibratory abrasive bowl device! Do you use glass bead or Silica sand in your blast cabinet? That is a great adjustable tool for Pin Wrench. Sometimes, you just have to leave a rusted bolt where it is....

Are you sure the stubborn bolt you were trying to remove was a left-hand threaded bolt? I ask because you were constantly hammering it clockwise thereby tightening it instead of loosening it. JMHO

I have Makita HR5000 and want to remove the top "tool holder part 322203-9" and i have tried following without success: clockwise/counter clockwise with big pipe using wd40. Tried also with airhammer which did not work.. Maybe with ice or heat? Any idea how to open it?

Не правильно проверяешь электрочасть!! Надо не только на наличие контакта тестировать, но и на замыкание, в том числе и межвитковое в статоре. Про правильную проверку сопротивления изоляции я вообще молчу, хотя для провода возрастом 36 лет это надо делать обязательно (лучше менять совсем). Не первый видосик такое вижу.
