1 dough 5 cookies - Quick and Easy Cookies Recipe

Are you looking for a simple and delicious way to make holiday cookies? In this video, I will show you how to make 5 different cookies from one dough. You will learn how to make vanilla, nuts, cocoa and cinnamon, linzer, and beautiful "leftover" cookies with just a few ingredients and steps. These cookies are beautiful, festive, and perfect for sharing with your family and friends.
To make these holiday cookies, you will need the following ingredients for the base dough:
• All-purpose flour - 2 ¼ cups (270 grams)
• Granulated sugar - ½ cup (100 grams)
• A pinch of salt
• Softened butter - 1 cup (200 grams)
• One egg
You will also need some additional ingredients for each variation:
• Vanilla: All-purpose flour - 1 ½ tbsp. (10 grams), vanilla extract - ½ tsp.
• Nuts: Walnuts - 2 tbsp. (20 grams), plus some more for decoration
• Cocoa and cinnamon: Cocoa powder - 1 ½ tbsp. (10 grams), ground cinnamon - ¼ tsp.
• Linzer cookies: Powdered sugar, Red jam
• Chocolate: Melted chocolate, Coconut flakes (optional)
• "Leftover" cookies: some almonds and raisins.
The steps are very easy and fun. You just need to mix the base dough, divide it into three parts, add the extra ingredients to each part, roll and cut the dough into shapes, bake them for 10 minutes, and decorate them as you like. You can watch the video for the full instructions and tips.
This recipe is zero waste, you get to use every piece of dough. The last variation is my absolute favorite. It uses every scrap from the other variations and makes some amazing marbled cookies with bits of almond and raisins. I'm sure you'll love them too!

What brand cocoa powder did you use ? Mine is unsweetened and a bit bittery taste. Which makes the cookies a kinda smelly. Need ur guidence plz

Hey, I don't remember the brand, but it was 100% cocoa powder with no additives. It usually gives off a nice chocolaty smell as well. Make sure you don't overcook them, the brown cookies are pretty tricky because they don't change color when they're done. You could use half the cocoa powder, maybe yours is stronger than mine?
