thank you so much Dr Gupta for sharing. I started follow your thyroid videos for only one month, Now my doctor decrease my medication from 0.075 to 0.05 followed my second blood work result. I also combine prayers and God's medecine which is applying God's words over my body each morning before I start doing your # 1 morning routine for thyroid healing. good morning doc,,i have tryroid gland,,thanks god just becuase of your help watching your vedio i got some tips how to reduce or become small my thyroid..i did yoga too everyday even 10 to 30 min a day..and most the best i discoverd doc,,the best medication is ginger with lemon ill boild them everyday..thanks god now i feel better and my thyroid become small..guys if you are suffering from thyroid just ginger and lemon a day

I tried these exercises the first day they came out, and wow -- it's been decades since I tried yoga. There was no way I was going to be able to do a shoulder stand. I tried it the first time and was able to kind of extend my legs up -- but not really. I had to go scoot up against the wall and use the wall for support and do something like a shoulder stand. I tried it again just now -- and to my utter amazement I was able to do five shoulder stands. This, with a low back injury from 2018 that still bothers me...I could do it. I'm going to keep practicing and getting better! Thank you!!

I'm in my 70's with scoliosis. The diet is working quite well for me, and I can do the exercises you've mentioned but not the Shoulder Stand or Plow Pose. Are there any other comparable exercises or poses that someone with limited back movement can do?

Absolutely! Yoga aasanas should be learnt from the proper teacher and performed according to ones ability. E.g.. ardhasanas. Cannot jump straight to an advanced asana. The body needs to train. Very valid, is, that people with thyroid problems , especially hypothyroidism, are fat! Flexibility may be less after 35yrs. And what I find worse is, that people are using anglicized name versions for the yoga asana that originated from Patanjali yoga suthras, written in Sanskrit!! PLEASE USE THE ORIGINAL NAMES ONLY!
