Hey Margaret, would you say it’s best to work on diaphragmatic breathing after fixing anterior pelvic tilt w/ Pelvic Floor Dysfunction due to positioning?

Got a compression fracture on my L3 on October 22,2024. I go back to see the Dr on December 17. Should I wait to start these shoulder exercises after I speak with him or do you think I can go ahead and ease into them now?
