Tip for a higher calorie burn: Maintain a strong mind body connection, and good posture (shoulders back, tummy tucked in) throughout the entire workout. Track your calorie burn throughout the workout and make changes if you are not pleased (go faster on the walking and some of the moves / raise your knees higher / add a hammer curl when you walk) I tracked this workout today using 2 bands: Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi MiBand5 Amazfit 5: 6,02 km, 8585 steps, 507 calorie burn Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 6,71 km, 8618 steps, 536 calorie burn I`m posting real pictures of my calorie burn for each workout on Instagram. Check them out! NOTE: The only breaks I take during my workouts are between rounds. Feel free to prolong your walking breaks for up to 1 minute to increase your burning time (walk around the house, drink some water...). Hope you get a higher calorie burn than mine! This is a remake of an older video that I deleted. It is re-twitched, so that you have a more comfortable workout and burn more calories in the process. I`m using 0,5 kg dumbbells in this workout. If you don`t own light dumbbells but would still like to give this workout a try, you can use water bottles, cans,...get creative! Doing this workout without weights is also a solid option! Give it a try!

About 7500 steps . I did it tday n I liked this a lot bcz u included mny strength work outs too . Cardio but knee friendly yet calorie burning . I am planning to select each day one of ur work outs n soon u r going to reach subscribers in lakhs n u r going to reach beyond that . U deserve it truly.

But from the past few months I cdnt do HIIT work outs like earlier n some times not even Normal work outs due to knee issues. But I love doing exercises . I loved ur exercises like u include strength too with cardio . Love to exercise with u .
