Who said you always need to be lifting heavy?😂 Doing these 60 minutes slow and controlled was a challenge!! Loved this workout. Great way to end the week and prepare for my run tomorrow!! Thank you! Absolutely agree. We don’t have to always smash ourselves with heavy weights! We can easily kill each other with these bodyweight workouts too hahaha 😄😄😍

Nothing like a good bodyweight workout to show your strength! 💪Slow and controlled is the name of the game. I appreciate you reminded us this is not a HIIT workout, I remembered to keep the movements controlled and focused. 👍I crushed it, and I feel great! 💥 Thanks Chris & Edi, I loved it! 😍

Recently found out why I have been lacking in energy and other things I have cancer and lifting weights isn't possible atm so I'm buzzing to see a bodyweight circuit to try to get through as I have to be as physically strong as possible atm whilst I battle my newest little life battle So anything that is low impact is great for me atm 😅

Loved doing this workout today. Was much needed for me as I am recovering from a mild seasonal flu. In way, it was relaxing to do this workout just enjoying the exercises and music. Loved the Four way lunge 👍 Equally happy to see Arnold give his starry appearance. Thank You Chris and Edi for crafting yet another amazing body weight only workout. Love you all ❤

My first workout in over a month. Recovering from a hernia. This was a good low impact workout to get back into it. Felt good and surprised I did 60 min..was planning to just do 30min but I felt good and continued on. Just rebuilding my stamina which will take time. It was nice to see Arnold requesting belly rubs..such a cutie. Thanks for the workout and hopefully I’ll be back to where I was before the hernia.

Excellent 😅😅🦵💪💣💣👌. Personally i found the 20 seconds interval somehow long so i cut it to 10 seconds and i really enjoyed it 😊. Thank you 👏👏🙏
