Recently found out why I have been lacking in energy and other things I have cancer and lifting weights isn't possible atm so I'm buzzing to see a bodyweight circuit to try to get through as I have to be as physically strong as possible atm whilst I battle my newest little life battle So anything that is low impact is great for me atm 😅

Loved doing this workout today. Was much needed for me as I am recovering from a mild seasonal flu. In way, it was relaxing to do this workout just enjoying the exercises and music. Loved the Four way lunge 👍 Equally happy to see Arnold give his starry appearance. Thank You Chris and Edi for crafting yet another amazing body weight only workout. Love you all ❤

My first workout in over a month. Recovering from a hernia. This was a good low impact workout to get back into it. Felt good and surprised I did 60 min..was planning to just do 30min but I felt good and continued on. Just rebuilding my stamina which will take time. It was nice to see Arnold requesting belly rubs..such a cutie. Thanks for the workout and hopefully I’ll be back to where I was before the hernia.
