I did this workout at the gym having done the previous Full Body dumbbell workout yesterday morning. It feels so great to be back in the groove with your ingeniously challenging yet addictive workout sets! 💪🏼🔥 Since I had access to more weights, I threw in some progressive overload and went slightly heavier with some 27.5 lb. dumbbells and 55 lb. dumbbells. I even added the 15 lb. dumbbells to the leg raises and side plank dips near the ab finisher round to get that extra burn out!

Wow 1hr excluding wu ans wd, you're the only ones posting such well structured workouts. PS : @edi did you really lift 20kg in rows and chest press (chris 23kg) ?!? In the description there's 7/9/12/16 and in the video only 20kg and 7kg.
