How did I turn into play dough after just a 45-minute workout?🫠 Honestly I nailed every move except for one. The goblet cossack squat is a really cool move, but my knees didn’t agree with me.🤦🏻♀️ So, instead, I did lateral lunge with weight. I hope one day I’ll be able to do the goblet cossack squat too, I was really envious watching you.🤭 Thank you for this wonderful workout and also for your effort and energy, Chris&Edi. 🌟💖

What a great workout😁😁😁. Loved the warm up and cool down. I loved the pointers you guys gave on the form. The music was awesome and the time durations were right for me. Overall I got pretty chill vibes doing this workout. Keep up the great work.
