1 Hour Hot Dog Bread - Easier than you think!

A quick and easy hot dog buns recipe ready in about an hour from start to finish. These buns are so soft, and they stay soft the next day and the day after, but they are strong enough to hold up under even the thickest of hot dogs and sausages. They are nice, fluffy, and delicious.

2 Tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
2 Eggs
3 Tbsp Butter Melted
1 cup milk warm
2¾ cups Flour
2 tsp Yeast

I don’t usually comment much on social media, but I must on this video. I made these buns yesterday and they came out amazing! They were not hard to make and it did not take long to make them. They were the perfect texture and they tasted great! I do a lot of from scratch cooking to avoid unwanted added ingredients. There is no need for me to ever buy hot dog buns again and no need to look for another recipe. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe and knowledge with the world. Making these as I type. That dough is the stickiest I've ever worked with. At one point I had to use a bench scraper to get the dough in the bowl. But so far, everything is looking great. Very active dough! Thanks!
