Soft Homemade Hot Dog Buns

Super soft homemade hot dog buns are for dinner today at Deep South Texas. Step by step directions for this homemade bread recipe are in the video, and the list of ingredients are included in the video description. I have included both cups and grams in the description below, Plenty of time left for grilling hot dogs this summer. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
3 cups bread flour, 512 grams
6 oz water, 180 grams. Warm to the touch
4 oz whole milk, 128 grams. Room temperature
1 tablespoon Instant Yeast, 10 grams
1/8 cup sugar, 28 grams
1 teaspoon Kosher salt, 6 grams
1/3 cup Olive Oil, 70 grams
Make 12 , 5 inch buns
Bake in 375 F preheated oven for 20 minute's

I've made hot dog buns in the past, but was never happy with the softness. That all changed today after following your great video and recipe. I needed a little bit bigger bun, so I divided the dough into nine 100 gram balls. They are the perfect size for those long hot dogs that Costco sells. They could also serve as a nice size for a small sub sandwich. The dough was very easy to work with and this will be my go to recipe for hamburger buns and dinner rolls.
