Video downloaded, saved, put on speed dial, going up to random people in grocery store telling them about it, blogged about it, made fliers about it and put them on all the cars downtown, hired a skywriter, got a soapbox for telling people about it on a busy streetcorner, did a slam poetry performance about it on stage, told my ex we broke up because he didn't make me feel this good, transcribed the vibe into a recipe for cookies and ate them with oat milk.

Fantastic meditation! I could feel the sound in each chakra! Then when I went to sleep, at some point I became aware as in a lucid state that I was in a scene or perhaps observing a moving landscape scene that was panning out. It was in high definition, so beautiful. I was amazed!

That could definitely be the case. Oftentimes, when we feel discomfort in any way from a specific frequency, that is usually the frequency that we need to hear the most. I hope you found some relief!

I love and appreciate what you do. If I could make a request or suggestion: this would be even better for me, and maybe a few others still practicing quieting the mind, if there was less discussion about what the chakra does and talking in general outside of focused words. When you speak your voice is soft and relaxing but also engaging and holds attention. When you discuss the chakra and what it does or go to deeply into the mental imagery we should create it can create a distracting image or thoughts about the chakra that don’t align with the moment. The toning bowl is more than enough to hold attention and gently recommending that someone follow your breathing instruction and then “follow the sound of the bowl” with just the bowl for a few minutes is great. If you speak to soon or too. I have it shifts focus from concentration to listening to you and that is two different states. Thanks again. No criticism. I’ll continue watching but it may help to make a few changes.

Sometimes our bodies all respond differently to the same sound. If you are experiencing a headache, it might be just your body does not gravitate towards this specific Sound Bath. I highly recommend trying a different one of our Sound Baths, like one of our sleep sound baths, and see how your body responds to that.
