​@@HealingVibrations I've always been very interested in binaural beats and meditation - So I thought today I'd listen to a bit of the session you did here with these wonderful sounds and vibrations. I ended up laying down and read about what the parasympathetic nervous system actually does for a moment, then I fell into a state, where I just felt incredibly relaxed. I was able to listen to about 40min, before I had to get up to do yard work. But when I got up, I had a lot of joints popping and just felt great. I train in Wudang Kung Fu (A Taoist school) and this was a recommended video on one of my teacher's videos. - I am very glad I clicked it, because the thumbnail picture just looked so cool. I had been having a hard time concentrating while studying until I heard this. I did not think I could remember what I studied yesterday because it felt like that study session was unproductive, but this sound bath has helped me retrieve all that information without needing any breaks. I always make the mistake of listening to Lofi while studying, and then I switch to sound baths and ask myself why I did not start with that.
