This recipe is a bit controversial recipe, as it calls for flaxseed flour only. So the taste is surely a bit flaxy. So if you like flaxseed then only try this. And yes, it does take a lot of time to cook and also cool it completely. And after slicing, toast it and sprinkle your flavour of spice mix and enjoy. I personally have this guiltfree as its carb content is very low.

Freeze flaxseed before grinding and refreeze, regind. It's nearly as fine as bleached flour. I've never tried repeating the process.

@@sreyashiification on a cutting board or anything flat place a clean plastic and then the dough ball and another plastic sheet on top of it... Then I used a bottle as I don't have tools and rolled them... Finally when the roti was of a satisfactory thickness I removed the top plastic sheet n with the help of the lower sheet slowly released the roti on the pan... I actually used normal market polythene or plastic bag..

Middle rack and baking mode. Let it cool down for atleast 10 hrs and then slice. Just check its cooked by a toothpick test. It may take more mins for getting cooked.

I made this bread today and for some reason I cannot get the inside of it to cook. I baked it for more than half an hour longer than was stated and it’s still gummy inside. Has anyone got any advice for this? I did use golden flaxseeds but I don’t see how that should make a difference. The outside edges that are cooked are really tasty so I really wanna make this work.

Magic in my Food I cooked it for almost an hour and a half and let it cool and it was still gummy inside. I kept taking it out of the oven and checking it about every 10 minutes after the 50 minutes.
