My friend Jabbar… tried your Biriyani the same way but for 750g rice and added a point of Ghee in addition to the groundnut oil… the Chennai style Biriyani came wonderfully delicious!!! My wife cooks Biriyani well but uses Cooker for mutton preparation. She was not able to believe that the mutton cooked so well and tender… thanks 🙏🏼 and so far you are the best Biriyani master….am fron Chennai and living in Chicago for the past 10 years and the one thing which we miss other than our family and friends is the Chennai style Biriyani but now this part is fulfilled just because of you 😄 Definitely wood like to meet you, Abdul and Toufiq when I visit India.
