Studies concluded that high Mg intake is associated with lower risk of major CV risk factors (mainly metabolic syndrome, diabetes and hypertension), stroke and total CVD. Higher levels of circulating Mg are associated with lower risk of CVD, mainly ischemic heart disease and coronary heart disease.

For years I have used a product called calm calm I used to go directly to their company it is now sold by Swanson you mix it with a little hot water bubbles up you add more cold water you drink it right down. It goes right into your system. It is difficult for some magnesium to be broken down and your stomach a lot of people do not have enough time. Anyway this product has worked for me. If I get a leg cramp I know immediately that I have a lack of magnesium. Also if they would use it in ambulances it stops a stroke immediately.

My doctor said I didn't need magnesium. My heart was acting up and I was drinking a beer a night and my heart straightened up. Then I saw where a world renowned cardiologist was treating people with magnesium. I started taking a magnesium supplement. I was on medication for high blood pressure, and calcium blocker. I'm taking two table spoons of apple cider vinegar, a quarter teaspoon of Cheyenne pepper everyday. I take no more big pharma meds anymore. My heart needs potassium, magnesium, and sodium to function normally. I take Cheyenne pepper instead of aspirin to prevent stroke. There is plenty of information on the internet on how to keep your heart healthy naturally. This doctor is a great source for keeping you healthy.

But my experience, and I'm 60, is that most doctors don't want to have a conversation with you and they often speak to me as if I know nothing about my own body after all these years. 🙄 I think I know it pretty well lol. It's all been done by design. The Rockefellers hijacked our medical system and the only way they could make money is to keep us sick. They don't want us well. They want us to be kept in a state of illness so they can make their money off of prescriptions and medical procedures, but praise God that's all going to change here pretty soon. The medical industry is going to be revamped. And the pharmaceutical industry is going down. Hallelujah

Just passed my driver eye exam a couple months ago at the age of 81 .No glasses needed. My diet is basically potatoes, bananas, kidney beans, rice. tomatoes, and canned vegs (I'm low income) can't afford the 'fresh' or frozen anymore. No meats, no fats, no diary.

@@samuelc6787 My doctor said to buy some magnesium citrate capsules (NOT tablets because sometimes they don’t completely dissolve in the digestive system) and take one a day for a week. If symptoms aren’t better, then take two a day. If still not better, go to three a day for a week, and so on. Very hard to overdose, he said. I got up to eight capsules (about 1,000 mg) and suddenly my heart palpitations were GONE! Blood pressure solidly low/normal for my age (late 70’s). Doc said fine. I think the guidelines for supplementation (up to 400 mg/day), were made before our soils were so depleted of magnesium by big agriculture methods, and we could get a normal amount of magnesium from our diet. Now, that’s not true, but huge farms don’t want to replenish soil magnesium because that’s expensive, and the cost will eat into their profits. So we need to supplement ourselves to be healthy.

I am sooo glad I came across this video.. I have just recently discovered that I have very low levels of magnesium through a blood test. I have been put on a magnesium supplement and it was a trial to see if this deficiency was a cause to my migraines. I have had CT scans of my brain, checking for any possible stroke, or aneurysm (possibilities) I was searching for anything for relief. I have watched many of your videos and they have helped me soo much DR. Mandell. You are truly a gift from the ALMIGHTY. 🙏🙏 I have been on the supplement for about 6 months and I have had 2 migraines.. in 6months.. I could not be happier. I was spiking migraines at least 1 per week if not more. Some weeks were more some I got lucky and didn’t have one. I am sooo thankful for you sharing this and hopefully with my sharing, may help as well. I am not making any medical claim, however I am claiming my life back. 💜💜 Much luv to all.. be blessed.. 🕊🕊🕊
