I recently started watching your videos. The first video I watched was the 1 week weed update. I’m 18 and have depression, I started doing weed more than a year ago and it took a toll on my depression. A week ago I was one month sober but I relapsed. I got disappointed but I reminded myself that I still remained a whole month clean (I used to smoke on a daily basis and not know my limits). You are the first person on KZbin that is so open and genuine about your experiences. You’ve become a role model to me and an inspiration. Lots of love ❤️

I’ve seen a lot of patients with plantar fasciitis and a really big thing is having the proper shoes or good inserts. There’s a brand called superfeet on Amazon you can always look into those and put those in your every day shoes as well as your running shoes. Those were the inserts we always recommended to patients with PF. You want firm arch support, nothing soft like Dr. Scholl’s. Also, if you can try to strengthen the bottom of your feet, there’s a specific exercise you do where you basically act like you’re going to scrunch your toes but without actually scratching your toes. So you focus on the muscles at the middle of your feet and tightening them up as well as relaxing them. Another really big thing that I had mentioned in a previous video is rolling out your feet with a lacrosse ball. Unsolicited advice, but hopefully it helps some! Keep up the good work, congrats on the month sober mark 🎉

The key to fasted cardio for weight loss is low intensity. You DO NOT wanna go out and rip a 5k, the goal is to stay in your zone 1-2 and use fat as energy. If you go out and run as usual you will only depleat your glycogen stores even more since they're already low from the ~12h of fasting. It's isn't always about "no pain no gain", fasted cardio isn't even about working out.
