I think social media can encourage men to remain boys. It sounds to me like you're becoming a man, and that's good. A journey of self discovery to find what makes you feel fulfilled in life. And be the type of man that YOU want to be, not what others want.

Yo! I’ve been smoking everyday (without fail) for over 20 years. I was minding my business … I was coming on here for a damned web design tutorial. I should have never clicked on this video, but I did and now we are here. First of all, I absolutely love your videos. You’re easy on the eyes, you REALLY use your brain, and you seem to live an inspired life (which I don’t think enough people do) - it’s like, what more could a girl ask for?!?! J/k but dead serious. In your videos, there are certain things you said that I actually experience. The lack of organization, not taking care of small things and now you have a whole big 💩 show. Not one time did it ever cross my mind that it might be the weed. Now I am mad b/c I might have to quit and I’m feeling beyond silly for weed being so embedded in my life that I’m acting like it can’t be the cause of some of my dysfunction. I don’t know whether to thank you for bringing this to my attention or beat myself up for looking over quitting as a solution to propel myself forward. Sorry for saying so much, but my mind is *like* blown out the frame rn. On a lighter note, boxing is my favorite sport! Your training videos are sick. Those hooks to the body - sheeesh - I’d hate to see someone on the end of those. 🙆🏾♀️

Came here from your one week sober vid. Congrats again! It’s really inspiring and motivating not only to see you do it but to be honest about it and raw with it and encourage others to keep going despite the challenges that come/came with it. Super dope man! Also, regarding your sleep/night time: try preparing yourself to sleep by looking fwd to it, not dwelling on what you’ve been experiencing during the night time, but actually prepping your body by encouraging it like you did with your dog when he wasn’t trying to walk, and manifesting a good nights rest with your words. Dreading is easy when you’ve consistently experienced at night what you experience(d) but playing some soothing calm (no words) just instrumentals before bed, maybe having some healthy sleepy time tea (optional) and just taking a second to pray and speak your gratitude to God and speak over your mind, body and heart that you will have a goodnight rest and you will have peaceful dreams and really applying faith in that and being intentional with it, is a game changer and may really help. These are just some things I’ve done or tried myself for long/tough nights I’ve had. Hope it helps or atleast opens your eyes to something else that’s specific to you and helpful to you. God bless Brotha 🙏🏼 keep going!

You did an outstanding job on this video. Thank you. I loved your cooking, your insights, all of it. A solid B+. Why not an A+ you ask? I want to say this in the kindest possible way. The younger generation needs to understand you do not need the “Bros, Brahs, IT'S INSANE” and all other trendy sayings or words. When someone overuses SLANG in a presentation, it detracts from the individual. I don't doubt you're an intelligent person, but your choice of language cheapens you. You're a diamond, a creative too. If you could, look into public speaking or toast masters. They will really help you lose all the language that detracts from you. I already know you're cool. You're bold as well, if you could just elevate your immature language, you'll be firing on all cylinders. I may get flamed for this comment, but who else has the courage to speak the truth to our young generation? We want the VERY BEST for you! God bless and again, many, many thanks!

I also didn’t get to spend a lot of time with him growing up, like you said, their work is brutal. The discipline, commitment, and hard work of their profession is so immense. Those are the same qualities that I learned from him and have always tried to emulate. As an adult, I honor my father’s work by working hard myself. Super inspiring. Im in a very similar place with smoking alot and in the past 6 months or so i've been trying hard to better my lifestyle. Eating clean, exercising daily, and trying to build good habits. I still smoke multiple times everyday and have been wanting to stop. This video helped make the final push in my mind to quit. Thank you.

I love your dad man. I can actually see something very different in you now, the haircut is the least. You seem very zen to me now, honest. I didn't get that from you before. Thank you

I toked heavily everyday for over 10 years and I decided to completely quit 4 days ago. Not once have I even thought about lighting one up and I don't feel the urge. I definitely want to keep this up. Thanks for the inspiration.

Watched your 1 week video on this topic and thought it was awesome to hear. This time around I’m about 2 days into weed sobriety (from everyday use) and I have a new appreciation for these videos bc now I can brace myself for what this journey could hold. So thank you for sharing

Yo the timing of this video is immaculate ✊🏽💪🏽 thanks so much! I stopped smoking for two weeks then started back up again. But I’ll try again. I’ve quick before, for 1 year for a job. It’s almost like quitting for something else, is easier than quitting for myself... 😩😩😩

Respects for going sober man. I was thinking about doing the same then you put out the video and i took it as a sign to go through with it. I completely relate with it being like a roller coaster because the first week actually went really well til yesterday when i had to go to work and i was just so fucking cranky. Much love keep pushing!

Sober life is a better life. I found the first two weeks off weed was the hardest. I had mood swings like crazy and couldn't sleep. Things get better after that. Motivation and focus comes back hard after a month. Keep improving and good luck.

Remember that you don’t attract what you want, you attract who you are. So focus on love. Focus on happiness. Focus on feeling fulfilled and like you already have everything you’ve ever wanted. Focus on gratitude. You are a powerful source of energy. When you do this, you will get what you want because you are in alignment and focusing on all you have instead of a lack. Just know you have everything you have ever wanted. It’s already yours . Be joyful! Sending loving energy to you all. ❤️
